Colleen is a former restaurant owner/manager and an accomplished cook. For the past 5 years she has catered when her schedule allowed and has recently returned to private catering and personal chef work. She is the President of Eat Local Southern Tier.

From the lovely family party to a wine country inspired dinner by the pond…for those extra special, once in a lifetime events, call on her for something that will delight all the senses. Her plates and service are exquisitely executed and she uses only the finest local ingredients whenever possible. Authentic Italian cuisine is her passion.
